The Regency Hotel

A Warm Welcome

Welcome to The Regency Hotel's new website, The Regency Hotel is under new management and the new general managers are keen to say hello.

Our names are Alison and Adam and we joined The Regency Hotel in November 2018, We have taken the hotel to our hearts and we have a passion for good hospitality and outstanding food and drink. We have already made some big changes in and around the hotel and we look forward to welcoming old and new guests into the hotel.
We are keen for the hotel to have a 'family, cosy' feel as we have a big family ourselves, we know how important it is to have a hotel that feels like home.

We look forward to seeing you soon,

Alison and Adam.

Background about The Regency Hotel

The Regency Hotel was built in the 1930's and was originally a doctor's house and then a home for disabled children called Hambledown and for the past 25 years has been a hotel, the Regency Hotel is mock tudor and feels like you are stepping back in time when you walk through the big wooden reception door, The hotel is situated on two floors and we do not have a lift (please keep this in mind when booking), we have lots of wooden beams that give this old building a sense of comfort with character.
All the team here at The Regency Hotel Gatwick are skilled and highly trained in customer service and nothing is too much trouble for each guest, here we treat every customer as an individual and a friend.

The Regency Hotel is an ideal place to stop of when cycling to Brighton from London, we have a large car park and areas to park your bikes while you enjoy a tea cake or two, We are ideal if wanting to explore the area as we are central to most tourist attractions, Brighton is only 30 minutes away in the car and London on the train, We also appeal to golf societies visiting the area, infact we in a perfect spot for any kind of event from Ardingly to Hickstead Showground.
If you work in the area, please do get in touch as we have some great rates available for regular guests.
