Q: Are you a 24 hour hotel?
A: We close at 23:00 Monday to Sunday, however staff are on call within the hotel between these hours.

Q: Can I check in after 23:00?
A: The Regency Hotel Gatwick is not a 24 hour hotel, however please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do for you, prepayment must be made however.

Q: I am leaving very early in the morning what should I do with my key?
A: Please leave your key on the desk, we ask you to settle your bill the night before so you can set off on your adventures swiftly.

Q: I want to go out after 23:00 how can I get in?
A: Each room key has a front door key to let yourself in after 23:00, We ask you to make sure the door is closed behind you.

Q: Can I bring my dog with me?
A: We only accept service dogs

Q: I need a disabled room
A: At present we do not have any rooms designated for disabled people however please do give us a call and we can see what we can do for you

Q: I need to cancel my room what should I do?
A: If made through a booking site please contact the booking service you used to book your room with to cancel your booking, if with us contact us as soon as possible, please be aware we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy and if you cancel after this time you will be charged for the first night stay.

Q: Do you have a day rate:
A: Please call us on 01293 887433 and we will see what we can do.

Q: Why does your kitchen close on a Sunday?
A: Sundays are our days for deep cleaning the kitchen.

Q: Do you have a shuttle service to Gatwick Airport?
A: We do not have a shuttle service, however United Cars are a very reliable taxi company that our guests use regularly and are quite reasonable.

Q: It's a special occasion and I would like to arrange some wine and chocolates in our room.
A: Chocolates we need a few days prior notice but wine etc we can arrange on the day, please be aware this is not free and does carry a charge.
